dracut-network software package provides A new initramfs infrastucture, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dracut-network
dracut-network is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dracut-network package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dracut-network *
You will get with dracut-network package name, version, architecture and description in a table
